Profile rolling
Many years of experience with profile rolling within a wide range of Danish industry, has given us a great knowledge of different material qualities and rolling methods – we have even developed a new rolling and forming technique that keeps your costs down. We bend all types of materials from ordinary black steel and aluminium to stainless steel. One of the advantages of combining rolling with press-brake rolling is that welds are partially or wholly avoided. Examples of rolled special profiles can be cassettes, facade and column coverings in the following grades; Steel, Stainless, Galvanized, Aluzinc, Aluminum.
Capacity
Dan Vals A / S has a total area under a roof of 4000 m² and a crane capacity of up to 16 tonnes. It enables us to work with and produce very large items. We handle single orders as well as series. No order is too big or small.
An ambitious environmental policy that makes a difference
We work on the premise that all companies, regardless of size, are able to have a positive impact on the environment. Dan Vals is well aware that we can make a difference, both to the big picture and the smaller one too.
At Dan Vals, we care about each other and the environment. In the summer we plant flower seeds in the field outside of our production facility. These flowers grow wild and are there for passersby to pick for free. Furthermore, we have replaced our oil-fired boiler with new and energy-efficient heat pumps. We have also installed a 500 square meter solar cell plant, which produces 42 % of our total energy consumption.

We continue to insist on stricter and stricter requirements in terms of how we can improve our environmental policy and how we can take internal and external environments into consideration. We are therefore also proud to be able to say that we are ISO 14001 certified. This certification is evidence that we implement green measures within our own company,
including by causing our suppliers to act accordingly, thus reducing indirect CO2 emissions throughout our value chain.
ISO 45001 Certification in occupational health and safety management
With effective policies and strong values in our management, we ensure the best environment around our employees. This applies to the safety of the worker, but to a large extent also to the physical and mental health and welfare.
Our sustained focus on the working environment means that we have been ISO45001 certified in the internationally recognized standard in the management of the working environment.
